Functional Strength and Conditioning (FSC) Training System

FSC is designed to be a well-rounded, comprehensive training system. The primary objective of this program is to create ultimate, synergistic functionality of your muscles and joints. Each FSC workout includes full body training, core training, and cardio conditioning. Mondays and Tuesdays are Strength Emphasis, Wednesdays and Thursdays are Hypertrophy (Muscle Definition) Emphasis, and Fridays and Saturdays are Conditioning (Fat-Loss) Emphasis. The goal is to attend at least one workout of each emphasis for a balanced training effect.

Specialty Classes

These workouts are designed to complement our FSC Training System. Whereas FSC is designed to be standalone and comprehensive for overall health and fitness, our specialty classes are geared towards more specific goals of strength and muscle shape and aesthetics.

BootyGainz

PowerBuilding

BootyGainz is a workout designed to specifically build and strengthen the glutes and core. In addition to having a nice looking butt, the glutes are important for optimal strength, pain-free function, and uncompromised joint health. This workout is highly recommended for all fitness levels, ages, and especially those who wanna grow that booty.

A favorite at Locomotion Athletics. This style of training incorporates full body strength training for the Upper & Lower Body and Core. This is our take on functional powerlifting. Think of this workout as a combination of BuildUP and BootyGainz. Come test your capabilities with our coaches and encouraging community.

BuildUP

Burn at Noon

Popular among the guys and girls, this workout is geared towards upper body figure & bodybuilding goals. BuildUP is the perfect complement to functional strength and conditioning. With an increased focus on building upper body muscle, this workout is great for those looking to sculpt their upper body physique or those interested in increasing their metabolism for weight loss.

Burn at Noon is our lunchtime class. Like the name suggests, this class 40-50 minute workout will give you a deep full body burn and will leave you feeling lifted for the second half of your day. This class is a must if you live or work close and want to satisfy your lunchtime workout cravings.
